-Barbara Johnson, Registered Nurse

"I came to Josh's class feeling extremely stressed from work, with the stress levels effecting every aspect of my life very detrimentally.  I did not really know what to expect, but expected to learn a morsel towards meditating, and to think that most of what we did would maybe not be applicable.  I was wrong.  The course was pragmatic.  Josh gives you the hints, the tools, the easy to follow road map.  He encourages, and follows up with you.  I was surprised at how vaulable even a short five session course was for me.  And how Josh taught, and led the class in a way that gave me immediate ability on a fundamental level to use meditation to make a difference in my life at work as well as home."

-Lora Rosen

"The process we were taken through to think about stressors was great. It really made me think differently about my reactions to what happens in a day."

-Tara, Mother

"The class opens your eyes to the possibilities of changing your reactions from stressful to constructive."

-Sally, Miller's Minutemen Press

"The Stress Management workshop is a great class and everyone can benefit from it.

-Betty Patterson, counselor, Project PLASE

"Learning about stress management in simple ways gave me hope that I can achieve it."

-Kristian McElroy, Coordinator of Mental Health Programs, National Alliance on Mental Illness

OUR APPROACH

Stress Management involves three key areas

1)  Relaxing and Focusing Techniques to Relieve Anxiety
2)
Healthy Habits to Strengthen the Body to Handle Stress

Everything we offer is experiential.  We only offer tools that people can put into practice immediately.  It is our goal to teach the tool and to provide the skills and knowledge so our clients can master it.
