A learning seminar that covers an overview of the how, what and whys of stress management. We offer 5 specific tools and 3 specific techniques people can use to feel greater peace in life. This seminar has been
offered in corporations, college classrooms, organizations and training

PERSONALIZED SEMINARS:
We offer shorter versions of our Introduction seminar for clients seeking to focus on one area. Current offerings are Introduction to Meditation, Introduction to Yoga, Introduction to Peaceful Change, and Guide to Relaxation.
ONGOING CLASSES AND LESSONS:
We offer an 8 week course in Introduction to Meditation, and an 8 week course in Introduction to Yoga.
We offer personalized sessions of stress management as well. We focus on an individualized plan that addresses the direct causes of stress and provides a specific means of addressing them.
