and offers guided instruction in three practical techniques people can
use right away to feel better and let go. This seminar has been
offered in corporations, college classrooms, organizations and training
programs. Our most popular course. Two and a half hours total.
PERSONALIZED SEMINARS:
For
groups that want to manage stress related to their own situation, we
offer individualized seminars. Based on the specific needs of the
group or organization, we develop a seminar rooted in one or two of the
12 Steps to Ultimate Stress Management to give a firm background or
application for the presenting issue.
ONGOING CLASSES AND LESSONS:
We
have a full range of 12 classes for each of the 12 steps to Ultimate
Stress management which we can teach in an ongoing format.
Additionally, we can offer more specific instruction in meditation,
yoga and relaxation techniques.
We offer personalized sessions of stress management as well. For these lessons, we take the 12 steps to Ultimate Stress Management and teach them intensively one on one, focusing on how individucals can apply them most effectively in their lives.
