Stress Management Consultants teaches individuals, groups, corporations and classes skills to let go of stress. 

Our approach provides a fun and effective method of renewal and rejuvenation. We teach the 12 steps to Stress Management and help each individual and group to apply the steps to their situation for maximum results.

 

The 12 Steps to Stress Management Seminar

Our featured course is the seminar "Introduction to Stress Management."  This two and a half hour seminar covers the fundamental aspects of stress management that can help participants feel better and work more happily and effectively.  We also teach three practical stress management techniques participants can use right away.
